I’m Jennifer, a Transition and Adventure Coach. My passion is working with people who are facing times of transition in life and know that they want to find new ways of living through and beyond those changes. I coach individuals, couples and groups, by phone or in person, outdoors on solo or group retreats, locally in Milwaukee and across the country.
You may be a good fit for Transition Coaching if you are facing a major shift in your life, want a change but aren’t sure where to even start, know that you aren’t really living according to what truly makes you happy, or feel a sense of emptiness even though you can’t point to anything in particular that is wrong with your life. We can have a free phone conversation to see if working together would be the right choice for you.
Do you feel a call to transform yourself? Are you ready to turn over a new leaf?
Let It Fall ~ An Invitation to Forgive. Friday, Oct 22 at Lapham Peak State Park. We all have people in our lives, past or present, who we have difficulty forgiving. Holding on to past hurts prevents us from living a life of peace. Let the beauty of an autumn woods touch your heart and wise words from Jack Kornfield’s book The Art of Forgiveness, Lovingkindness, and Peacetouch your soul. Isn’t it time to let go?

This summer, ironically, I found myself playing a round of golf in order to win a pair of Packer tickets.

Quite simply, people who commit to Transition Coaching with me are seekers—they want to not just get through life but live fully with deep meaning. They want to taste all the riches of life and explore the road less traveled. Transition Coaching clients know that unless they understand what gives their lives meaning, they will feel that something isn’t quite right, even when it seems like nothing is wrong. In short, they are willing to explore new paths, make leaps of faith, and gain clarity about what is truly important in their lives.

Why do you call yourself an Adventure Coach?
By turning to nature for healing, wisdom, respite and adventure, we can find a source of strength that helps us move past pain and confusion to healing and hope. I believe that by adding an adventure to your life coaching experience, you can move toward your goals even more quickly, and you also have the opportunity to discover new activities that provide excitement, challenge and joy for the rest of your life!
